Hello! I'm Sam, a UX Designer based in Tennessee.

In 2016 I earned my B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Watkins College of Art, Design & Film where I went on to work in various areas such as: creating children’s books and activities at The Clever Factory for Dollar General and Walmart, to Sterling Signs creating car vinyl and small business logos, to Florim USA designing floor mockups displayed in Lowes, to Acadia Healthcare designing logos, web and print content for rehab facilities. I was first interested in UX in 2018, however, my desire to help people hands-on led me to Nursing. After 2 years of nursing and 6 years of designing for a diverse clientele with various goals, I believe it has allowed me to gain a unique perspective and ability to be an empathetic UX Designer.

I create products for people that will impact them and want those designs to improve everyday life as much as possible. Technology and difficulty are often synonymous among users but it doesn’t have to be.

I will be part of that change bringing passion and motivation to any project I take on.
